The article is divided into the following main blocks: initiatives of bioethics` capacity building; practices and experiences in the bioethicist`s work. The article aims to investigate the structuring possibilities of bioethical education, and the model of integrative bioethics is seen in this context as a promisingdevice/tool.The figure-scheme, created by the author, shows 2 bioethics' growth lines - educational, as a formal (institutional) line and societal, as informal (cultural) one. In describing the lines, the author has identified the main aspects of influence: the cultural aspect (a); the political aspect (c); the humanistic aspect / human capital (c). In the educational (formal) sphere the following areas of activity were described - school, education, interdisciplinary programs in bioethics. In societal (informal) - experience of participation of community organizations in the creation of projects and grant activities of bioethicists. Hereof the following blocks were discussed - Bioethicist as an activist; Role of bioethicist as a translator, agent of change. Education through bioethics andpublic discussion of bioethical issues is what can be called a «circle of integrity». Bioethics education prepares community members to deal with ethically challenging issues by providing them with the skills to address ethical challenges in the everyday routine of one community. Bioethics capacity building was reviewed through the creation of a professional network of bioethics experts and their educational programmes -the Integrative Platform of Bioethics (InPlatBio). A network of bioethicists and stakeholders provides a learning-friendly environment. Both - networks and the development of links with different informal organisations and associations are important for essential communicative skills. The use of online courses, webinars is a modern source of information on the development of bioethics in Ukraine as well as in European countries. ; Стаття має такі основні блоки: ініціативи нарощування потенціалу біоетики; практики та досвід у сфері роботи біоетициста. Стаття покликана дослідити можливості структурування біоетичної освіти, а модель інтегративної біоетики – сприймається у цьому контексті, – як перспективний засіб/інструмент. У створеному малюнку-схемі, авторкою показані 2 лінії зростання біоетики – освітня, як формальна (інституційна) лінія та громадська, як неформальна (культурна). При описі ліній авторкою виокремлені основні аспекти впливу: культурний аспект (а); політичний аспект (в); гуманістичний аспект / людський капітал (с). У освітньому (формальному) напрямку були описані такі осередки напрацювань – школа, освітяни, міждисциплінарні програми з біоетики. У громадському (неформальному) – досвід участі громадських організацій у створенні проєктів та грантовій, проєктній діяльності біоетицистів. У такому напрямку були розглянути блоки – Біоетицист як активіст; Роль біоетициста як транслятора, агента змін. Виховання біоетикою та громадське обговорення біоетичних тем це те, що можна назвати «доброчесним колом». Біоетична освіта готує членів громади до обговорення етично складних тем, надаючи навички для вирішення етичних викликів у повсякденності громади. Нарощування біоетичного потенціалу було розглянуто через створення професійної мережі фахівців з біоетики та їх освітніх програм – Інтгеративної плаформи біоетики (InPlatBio – Integrative Platform of Bioethics). Мережі спілкування біоетицистів, стейкхолдерів забезпечують середовище, сприятливе для навчання. Для суттєвих комунікативних навичок важливі як мережі, так і розвиток зв'язків з різними неформальними організаціями та асоціаціями. Використання он-лайн курсів, вебінарів - сучасне джерело інформації щодо розвитку біоетики в Україні та європейських країнах.

The analysis of urban bioethics in the article is carried out through urban practices. In turn, through such life practices there is an awareness of bioethics in general. Three main characteristics of urban bioethics are being revealed – Inclusion, Integration and Transdisciplinarity. Inclusion is a restless screenwriter of "inclusion" of citizens, where urban bioethics explores the experience of using the principles of bioethics in everyday life. Integration reveals integrative mechanisms for uniting communities to develop a strategy for the development of a city and society as a whole. Transdisciplinarity explains the mechanism of the transcendent space, combining the diversity of languages, specialties, cultures and the like. The urban bioethics plan aims at discussing civic thought in solving problems including both a bioethical nature and an urban context. Which forum is better for such discussions? We offer InplatBio - an integrative bioethics platform that has online and offline life in the city. The most promising theories for debates on bioethics are the ones that call upon citizens or officials to justify any requirements for collective action, giving reasons that may be acceptable to those who are connected by action. This concept has become known as deliberative democracy. InplatBio is an involvement of conscious citizens to work together in the community, for an ongoing, general, thoughtful and competent discussion of problems and their joint solution. ; Аналіз урбаністичної біоетики в статті здійснюється через міські практики. У свою чергу, через такі життєві практики відбувається усвідомлення біоетики в цілому. Розкриваються три основні характеристики урбаністичної біоетики – інтегративність, інклюзивність та трансдисциплінарність. Інклюзивність – невгамовний сценарист включення, де урбаністична біоетика досліджує досвід використання принципів біоетики в повсякденності. Інтегративність розкриває інтегративні механізми для об'єднання спільнот з метою розроблення стратегії розвитку міста та суспільства у цілому. Трансдисциплінарність пояснює механізм трансцендентального простору, об'єднуючи різноманітність мов, спеціальностей, культур тощо. Урбаністичний задум біоетики полягає в обговоренні громадянської думки під час вирішення проблем як біоетичного характеру, так і в міському контексті. Який форум найкраще підходить для таких дискусій? Ми пропонуємо InplatBio – Інтегративну платформу біоетики, що має онлайн- та офлайн-життя в місті. Найбільш багатообіцяючими для дебатів із біоетики є теорії, що закликають громадян чи посадових осіб обґрунтовувати будь-які вимоги до колективних дій, наводячи причини, які можуть бути прийнятними для тих, хто пов'язаний дією. Ця концепція стала відомою як деліберативна демократія. InplatBio – залучення свідомих громадян до спільної роботи в громадах/громадськості, для повсякчасного спільного вдумливого і компетентного обговорення проблем та їх спільного вирішення.

The process of creation of a new direction in bioethics - urban - is extremely important in the global world. Ukraine, as a post-socialist country, is a perspective field for urban researches. On the one side, it has a bright, specific culture, and on the other, the "invisible" citizens, whose voices remain unheard during the transformational modern conversions. Participation in the conference on May 17-18, in Rijeka, is an opportunity to study the experience of different countries, different economic systems, etc. to increase attention and understanding of the cultural and value context on the example of the particular urban cases. The analysis of the conference does not pretend to enlighten the contents of the conference comprehensively, but rather to highlight the own impression of participation and to encourage discourse in the field of new bioethics direction. ; Процес створення нового напрямку в біоетиці – урбаністичного – над-актуальний у глобальному світі. Україна як постсоціалістична країна є перспективним полем для урбаністичних досліджень. З одного боку, вона має яскраву специфічну культуру, а з іншого– «невидимих» мешканців, голоси яких залишаються непочутими під час сучасних трансформаційних перетворень. Участь в конференції 17–18 травня в Рієці – це можливість вивчення досвідів різних країн, різних економічних систем тощо для підвищення уваги та розуміння культурно-ціннісного контекстуна прикладі конкретних урбаністичних кейсів. Аналіз конференції не претендує на те, щоб усебічно висвітлити її зміст, а, швидше, поділитися власним враженням від участі в конференції та заохотити до дискурсу у сфері нового напрямку біоетики.

The article is devoted to the bioethical reconstruction of the theoretical heritage of Hans Jonas (1903-1993) – a famous German and later American philosopher. Jonas showed that the study of ethics, namely the ethics of the living, should become an integral part of the formation of modern human, his complete education. He was one of the most fascinating thinkers of the twentieth century. He has presented groundbreaking works which are still the subject of serious discussion especially in the areas of ethics and philosophy of nature. In these publications he presents an in-depth philosophical reflection on the relationship between human beings and nature, as well as on the manner in which we approach our association with technology. Particularly in the light of possibilities presented by modern technology, Jonas was primarily interested in a new approach to the philosophy of nature as the basis, the foundation for an ethics of global responsibility. The article re-actualizes the thoughts and arguments of Jonas, which are especially relevant now, at the beginning of the XXI century. These include: the technique change the nature itself, not just human's attitude to nature; the technical sciences change a human being, the mathematization of nature leads to a change not only in human evaluation, but also in human value; critique of epiphenomenalism for underestimating mental states and identifying the non-reducibility of living creatures to its parts; the search for the potential of subjectivity in the realm of living creatures as a whole; reliance on the principle of responsibility as a way to ensure a future humanity as guaranteed, albeit limited in its capabilities. Educating a person on the basis of the principle of responsibility opens the possibility to take into account the interests of future generations and all living creatures, understanding that every person always was, is and will be a part of realm of these creatures. The philosophy of nature as such whole realm creates the preconditions and foundations for the ethics of responsibility as a postconventional universalist ethics. A new way of thinking in nature is the basis of ethics in the technological age: in addition to philosophy and science, the voices of religion, politics, education and the public sphere must also be heard to find answers to current life questions. ; Статтю присвячено біоетичній реконструкції теоретичної спадщини Ганса Йонаса (1903-1993) – відомого німецького, а згодом і американського філософа. Йонас показав, що опанування етикою, а саме етикою живого, має стати невід'ємною частиною становлення сучасної людини, її повноцінної освіти. Він був одним з найбільш видатних умів двадцятого століття, про що свідчать його комплексні новаторські роботи, які досі викликають серйозні дискусії, особливо у сфері етики та натурфілософії. В цих публікаціях він представляє глибокі філософські роздуми щодо відносин між людськими індивідами та природою, а також того, як ми ставимося до нашої взаємодії з технологіями. Зокрема, у світлі можливостей, представлених сучасними технологіями, Йонас насамперед цікавився новим підходом до філософії природи як основи етики глобальної відповідальності. У статті реактуалізовано думки та аргументи Йонаса, які є особливо актуальними зараз, на початку ХХІ століття. До таких належать: зміна технікою самої природи, а не лише ставлення людини до природи; зміна технічними науками самої людини, математизація природи призводить до зміни не лише оцінки людини, але і її цінності; критика епіфеноменалізму за недооцінку ментальних станів і виявлення нередукованості живого до його частин;пошуки потенціалу суб'єктності в царині живого як цілого; опертя на принцип відповідальності як шлях до забезпечення гарантованого, хоча й обмеженого у можливостях майбутнього людства. Виховання людини на засадах принципу відповідальності відкриває можливість врахувати інтереси майбутніх поколінь та усього живого, частиною чого завжди була, є і буде кожна людина. Філософія природи як живого цілого створює передумови і підґрунтя для етики відповідальності як постконвенційної універсалістської етики. Новий спосіб мислення в природі є основою етики в технологічну епоху: окрім філософії та природничих наук, повинні бути також почуті голоси релігії, політики, освіти та громадськості, щоб знайти відповіді на поточні життєві питання.
